We want you to be satisfied with your TestPlay 3D map. If you are not happy with your purchase, please review this policy.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.

Eligible items

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
• Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Non-returnable items

• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
• Items returned without prior authorization.

How to request a return

1. Email office@testplaymaps.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back within 14 days of approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.
