Shipping Policy

TestPlay Maps ships physical 3D raised-relief maps worldwide from Ukraine. This policy describes how we handle shipping for orders placed on testplaymaps.com.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or custom orders, processing may take longer. You will receive an email when your order ships.

Shipping destinations

We ship to most international destinations, including the United States, Canada, Europe, and other countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact office@testplaymaps.com.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Any promotions or free shipping offers will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States & Canada: 10–21 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Other countries: 14–30 business days

These are estimates only. Customs clearance may add additional time.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product or shipping price unless explicitly stated.

Tracking

When available, a tracking number will be sent to your email address once the order has been shipped.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at office@testplaymaps.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
