Company

This website is operated by PE Firm TESTPLAY (“TestPlay”, “we”, “us”), manufacturer of 3D raised-relief souvenir maps. Contact: office@testplaymaps.com.

Products

We sell physical 3D maps of ski resorts, national parks, destinations, and related geographic subjects. Product images and descriptions are provided for reference; minor variations in color or relief may occur due to handcrafted production.

Orders and pricing

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities.
  • Wholesale prices are available only to approved wholesale accounts.
  • An order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed.

Payment

We accept payments via PayPal through the Western Bid payment gateway. By placing an order, you authorize the charge for the total amount including product price and shipping.

Shipping

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

All content on this website — including images, map designs, logos, and text — is owned by TestPlay or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TestPlay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
